Installing program To install this auction software simply download the zip file and extract all of the files within it to any directory. If you have downloaded full version then run the key generator first before running the Auction Watcher executable. If you are trying demo version then just run the Auction Watcher executable and click 'Register Later'. The Auction Watcher program will then load up (please wait till the progress bar at top reaches its maximim and turns red before using it). Using Auction Watcher Features When this auction software program loads you will see a list of auction categories with plus signs on them. If you left click on these then the relevant subcategories will be shown. As you click on each category/sub-category you will notice the right list view change. This shows the current days keywords for the selected categories. Try right clicking on any lists to see other options that will be self explainatory by their menu names. If you click on the square (at top left corner) that reads 'Todays Auctions' you will see a list of current auctions with their popularity count and its percentage of the overall auction count. The user can even call up an auction viewing screen from this page - they can add an unlimited amount of ebay item numbers and watch for any changes in bids or price. Also clicking on the square that reads 'Hot Item history' you will be taken to a screen that shows all past and current hot items. If you want to perform a real time query then click on the square that reads 'Hot Item Query' and you will be shown a dialog where you can begin entering your search criteria. After the search has finished then the user can view a report of all the hot keywords found, showing how many bids vs occurences there are for each one. Note: While using this auction software you can click on the USA/UK flags at the bottom of the screen at any time. This will change the data view to the respective country. Other AuctionWatcher Functions If (on any view) you want to search for a particular word to see if its in results then type it into the edit box and either press 'Enter' key or click on 'search'. This will find and highlight the search word! Searching again will search from current highlighted position and down. AuctionWatcher users may want to print their current results for further examination at a later date so they may click on 'export' to transfer lists to text or html file where they may print off list if they wish.
